Refund/Return
Policies
We warrant that the ingredients of the products sold are correctly stated. We
have no control over an individual's expectations from using a product.
There is a 15% re-stocking charge for any merchandise. Defective merchandise will be replaced. Contact rong@mkt-place.com for return/replacement instructions.
When returning a multiple bottle order, no more than one bottle may be opened. If only one bottle has been purchased it may be open to qualify for a refund. A letter must be mailed to 2510 NE 98th Ave., Vancouver, WA 98662 and postmarked within 30 days of receiving the original order explaining the return. No refund will be processed until the product has been returned. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipment of the goods is at the customer's expense and risk.
Non-US Illegal Items
It is your responsibility to know what products are legal in your country. If
Customs seizes your package, you will not receive a refund! Please check with
your government to be certain that the items you order are legal in your country.
